Breaking the “one-time assessment for lifetime” model: Jiuxin New Materials Achieves First-Ever Grade Upgrade

Jiuxin New Materials has been selected for the 2024 High-tech Zone Yongjiang Science and Innovation Elite Program. Since its establishment in the zone, the company has focused on the optical film sector and swiftly emerged as a pioneer in domestically developed functional-material–infused PET heat-insulating films. Under the leadership of CEO Zeng Weihua, the company has directly addressed industry pain points such as the limited functionality and inadequate temperature-control precision of conventional heat-insulating films. It has independently developed an optical-film-system simulation-design platform and a multi-target magnetron sputtering system, enabling precise customization of highly complex film structures with more than 30 layers. The intelligent temperature-control heat-insulating film it has developed achieves synergistic optimization of core performance metrics—including high light transmittance and superior thermal insulation—with key indicators reaching leading domestic levels.

In December 2025, following public announcement by the Office of the National Leading Group for the Administration of High-Tech Enterprise Recognition, Ningbo Jiuxin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was officially recognized as a “National High-Tech Enterprise” in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of High-Tech Enterprise Recognition (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 32) and the Guidelines for the Administration of High-Tech Enterprise Recognition (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 195). The title of “National High-Tech Enterprise” is among the highest honors bestowed upon Chinese technology enterprises, with stringent recognition criteria and a rigorous evaluation process. This successful designation represents the highest level of recognition and affirmation from the national authorities of our company’s comprehensive strengths across multiple dimensions, including core independent intellectual property rights, capability in commercializing scientific and technological achievements, level of research and development organization and management, and enterprise growth potential—and marks a significant milestone in Jiuxin’s development journey. The designation as a high-tech enterprise is not only an honor but also a profound responsibility and a powerful incentive to strive for even greater excellence.
